The $1,500 Startup Package covers all five systems plus a bonus: computer and email setup, QuickBooks setup and training, payment processing, professional estimate workflow, file organization, and business training and guidance. It includes up to 8 hours of hands-on work with Jana.
Most clients are fully set up within a single 8-hour session. Jana works alongside you in person so everything is configured, tested, and you're trained on how to use it — all in one day.
Jana works primarily with small service-based businesses and contractors — plumbers, HVAC technicians, landscapers, painters, electricians, handymen, and similar trades. If you do service work and need business systems, Jana can help.
Additional time beyond the included 8 hours is billed at $95 per hour. In most cases the Startup Package is enough, but Jana will let you know upfront if your situation might need extra time.
